Request an NSF FastLane/Research.gov Account
NSF changed their account registration process to provide each new user with a single profile and unique identifier (i.e., NSF ID) to login to FastLane and Research.gov. As a result of this change, MIT can no longer create new FastLane/Research.gov account ID’s. Creating ID’s for NSF is now self-service. The following links are provided for your convenience.
Requesting an NSF FastLane/Research.gov Account
To request a FastLane/Research.gov account, you can register yourself at the link below:
https://www.research.gov/accountmgmt/#/registration
If you need to request a role, you will need MIT’s UEI #: E2NYLCDML6V1. RAS will be notified of your role request and will review it.
Affiliating an Existing FastLane/Research.gov Account
To affiliate an existing FastLane/Research.gov account with MIT, users with an NSF FastLane/Research.gov Account from another organization must login as PI and request a new role with MIT’s UEI number above.
